The “Memento” Story
“I almost threw away a very important part of the project last week...
What was it? The block of wood I used to carve “Tay’s Dream” guitar!!
I know… Taylor still doesn’t know about my project, but what if we made it happen? That block would become one
of my most valuable possessions!
As I’ve progressed, I’ve felt SUPER inspired, but I didn’t realize how much work this would actually take.
I don’t feel bad or tired, but I’ve had to become my very own video producer, social media manager, PR person and continue being a great guitar builder!”
“So, I found a way to be a responsible adult & still share my project with you!
The deal is simple: if you help me fund this project, I’ll send you a mementothat you’ll cherish forever.
The guitar has 4 Elements: Rhinestones, Wood Curls, Paint and LED lights.
So I’m putting them all together witha letter and mailing it to anyone who suports me* or collects my art.
I know, funding sucks, but it’s the only way I see myself doing this effectively.
On a final note… PLEASE don’t donate if you can’t afford it!!
I’m still adding all of you to the gift card.”

ABOUT ME
Hey there, I’m Jose Gallo. I would have written this in third person, but that’s lame and impersonal.
I’ll make this brief: I’m a fine artist working in the music industry in NYC & FL.
My goal is to create unforgettable experiences for people and elevate their consciousness to the next level.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to make work for cool names in the industry like Coldplay, Jin Joo Lee (from DNCE) and Alejandro Sanz, to name a few.
Plus, I’ve been able to show my art in really cool places like The World Trade Center, NY Fashion Week and Art Basel in Miami.
My favorite part of my work is that it takes place in 5-Dimensions. So I get to see the smiles and reactions on people’s faces and then have an object to remember them.
I also love coaching new artists and helping them achieve their full potential.
Oh! and in case you were wondering, I graduated from SCAD in 2015.
Light Up The World,
–Jose -
