We will ship with tracking to the 51 states in the USA. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message.

Return Policy

IN-STOCK ITEMS
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

CUSTOM MADE, ON SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Not returnable

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds ( IN-STOCK ITEMS )

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds ( CUSTOM MADE & DISCOUNTED )

Buyer receives NO REFUND for Custom Made and Discounted items, as these are all unique and commissioned works of art.

Refunds ( DEPOSITS AND OTHER PAYMENTS )

The initial payment, down-payment of deposit for ANY item is non-refundable after 7 days of payment without exception.
If for some reason your are unable to continue to make the following payments on your order, we’ll be happy to hold your order until new payment is received.
Lack of payment on ANY order after 12 months is considered an “Abandoned Order” and we are not responsible for ANY refund/reimbursement.

Special Conditions

• Our mission is to assure that you have a quality instrument in your hands and we work extremely hard to make that happen. However, we do not accept returns on claims like “I wish it was brighter”, “it’s picking up interference” or “this wasn’t what I was expecting”.
  

• All of our guitars are custom-made and unique works of art made to the highest standards and we provide you with corresponding demo videos and configuration options so you can make informed decisions before making a purchase.
  

• Every single one of our guitars is hand made to your order and specification, so it would be extremely hard for us to restock and sell it again. DO NOT expect a guitar out of an assembly line, as it will have minor imperfections due to it’s hand-built nature.
  

• We are always available if you require more information before placing your order and will work our hardest to address any quality issues that may arise if you encounter them. 

DISCOUNTED AND ON SALE : All sales are final on items that are sold as ON SALE or at a discounted price. This includes discounts applied directly to the customer on special conditions, such as an artist discount or comparable.
